Dry skin

The face skin feels like it's stretched, seems too pale, is wrinkled.
Causes: sometimes age, excessive sun exposure, too much time with conditioned air, hormonal imbalances.
Food: You need foods rich in vitamins and minerals. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, fruit salads.
Spring water with less sodium helps.
Cosmetics: Apply active substances on the face skin, then apply the mask; we advise you doing it in a saloon, instead of doing it yourself.
Our advice: Massage the face skin with moisturizing emulsions.

Skin lacking water

The skin feels like it's stretched after you've washed.
Food: You should drink daily at least 2 liters of liquids: tea without sugar, mineral water, fruit juices.
Cosmetics: There are necessary often and intensive massages with special moisturizing ingredients.
Our advice: avoid strong sun exposure and everything containing alcohol.

Oily skin

First signs: shiny forehead, nose and chin. Most likely to get acne outbreaks; the causes are hormonal imbalances, misfunctioning of the sweating glands, inappropriate food.
Food: stay away of fat foods! Eat little meat, more vitamins, greens, fruits.
Cosmetics: Use an elastic mask once or twice a week.
Our advice: The advantage of the oily skin is that wrinkles appear later, so no need to worry because of them. Use masks for oily skin, then wipe your face with an alcohol based solution, it causes the glow to disappear.

Acne skin

Food: as much teas, which purify the blood, as possible.
Cosmetics: Ask a specialist to clear the skin. You should never try to pop the pimples, because they get infected.
Our advice: avoid alcohol, nicotine and spicy foods at all costs.
